About

The Church in Izmail sprang up in the late 1990s through co-mission evangelism and later MTW church planting work.

Andrei and his family serve the church and, in addition to the regular worship service and Bible studies, they deliver humanitarian supplies and share the gospel monthly with community members and displaced persons as a true testament to God’s love and care to them.

Above all else, pray that God will bless his work and fill their hearts with his joy and peace while they serve him, that they would not grow tired of doing good even in these difficulties of war.

Continued protection for our church and our congregants
The funds to continue to winter-proof our church. The biggest need is to get the roof finished. It leaks making the church cold and causing water damage. Due to the leaks, we can’t use our building as a temporary shelter for our brothers and sisters in Kherson, many of whom are old and ill and need extra warmth and care.
Wisdom – our brothers and sisters in Kherson need to evacuate. We want to help, but are unsure how to house and help them with their many needs. Many do not want to be separated from their friends when they are already being forced to leave their homes and city. We feel overwhelmed and need God’s encouragement and direction.

Praise for

A generator, fuel, gas radiators, and other items to help with winter.
Valentine’s successful operation and her progress in recovery. Please keep praying that she will recover fully.
Our church still standing and being a place of worship despite the fierce attacks on Odesa region and Izmail.
God’s grace and protection!
